Parts return form for all your future parts exchange.
Please notice the following points considering the service exchange procedure:
| 1. | Service exchange procedure of parts is only possible after information and authorization from the spare parts department. |
| 2. | The return freight must by prepaid. |
| 3. | For return you use the form „ Return delivery note“. |
| 4. | After physical checking of the returned part the spare part department of TD will issue the credit note. |
| 5. | Service exchange parts have to be in good condition that they can be refurbished. |
| 6. | Housings of these components have to be free of cracks and splits |
| 7. | For the return of used exchange parts originating from spare parts sales orders TD issues generally 10% exchange credit note to the customer. |
| 8. | Only exchange parts with a minimum value of EUR 1.000, - or more can be returned. This rule is necessary to cover the high costs for processing, inspection and the results of re-conditioning (can be inefficient) as well as the costs of repair. |
