How do I find the right spare part?
Step 1: Electronic Catalogue (for newer models)
To ease your search for the required parts, the electronic Parts Catalogue has been kept simple and clearly arranged. Entering the crane's code number takes you straight to the machine's data and from there within the system you can submit a request for a part directly to Terex Demag.
If you are unable to find your equipment listed in the electronic catalogue, please go to Step 2.
Step 2: Additional documentation
- Machine records, parts lists and drawings for equipment which has not yet found its way into the parts catalogue.

Step 3: This is where to find a contact to your supplier of parts
To order parts please get in direct touch with the supplier at the address listed for your country under service and parts.
The Parts Centre in Zweibrücken can also be reached online via a contact form or by using the e-mail address ersatzteile@terex-demag.com.
Thank you for your understanding that because of the resulting handling expenses and administration efforts orders for spare parts can just be accepted if they exceed a value of 50 €.
